we go on forest adventures often. we’re so lucky that this one is pretty much in my back yard. usually I leave my camera at home, it can get in the way of exploring sometimes. but I’m glad I brought it with us this time. this girl is getting so grown up.

she took this one. I better watch my back!

he was there too, but he’s been sticking to me like glue lately. which I’m cool with, it just makes it hard to get him in the shot!

All edited with Schoolyard actions – Mostly pastel and filmy colour
Cute moccs from Minnetonka

Thanks sweet Kati! So fun seeing you popping in and saying hi, I love that IG has built such a lovely little community. Your boy must truly be a barnacle, coz I often forget you have a little dude. Mostly when I think of you your cute wee bobbed hair girl comes to mind xo

Oh my goodness, such a beautiful little (big) girl, and amazingly gorgeous backdrop! I hope you bring the camera into the forest more often. Are those eucalyptus leaves?

I will try to make myself do it more often! I actually shot a sweet session up there that I never blogged, might have to pull it from the archives to share. I’m not much of a botonist, but I think they might be Eucalyptus leaves.

There are no words!!! Truly Amazing!!!!!!!!! Gorgeous scenery.. wonderful models and fabulous light!!!! My favourite has to be number 19 – the light through the trees is magical and the way she is sitting on the tree is so effortlessly cool. You should be so proud of this set and so should your model

OMG Peta, I can’t believe how much they’re grown. I remember seeing Boo as a two year old on your flickr! She’s growing so much and gosh, she’s still adorable! I love this session in the woods. Awesome light and your pp is so subtle and pretty! Well done
